Shipping policy

SHIPPING

In stock products will be shipped the following day via USPS First Class. The shipping time is as follow:

Economy takes 5 to 8 business days; Standard takes 3 to 4 business days; Express takes 1 to 2 business days.

Pre Orders Take an additional 10-20 Days.

Vani Trapani  will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock, or if we need additional information to complete your order. Delivery time does not include weekends or Holidays. If you have an inquiry regarding the status of your order and/or product availability please email vembroideries@gmail.com

CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER

If you need to cancel or change your order, please notify vembroideries@gmail.com immediately on the date in which the order was placed. Kindly note, once you receive your final email confirmation with tracking information, we may not be able to change your order.
